Tawasheeh Programs at European Quran Contest
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The al-Ghadir Tawasheeh (religious songs) groups performed a number of Tawasheeh programs at the 6th European Quran Competition in Hamburg, Germany.
The programs were held at the Islamic Center Hamburg, where the competition is underway.
Quran activists from different European countries are attending the Quranic event, which wil conclude on Sunday.
They are competing in two age groups of 16 years and below and older than 16 in categories like Quran recitation, memorization, Quranic concepts and Adhan (call to prayers).
The center annually organizes the contest to promote Quranic activities and identify Quranic talents among European Muslims.
