Bahraini Top Cleric Commends Yemenis’ Support for Palestine
In a statement on Sunday, Sheikh Qassim said the steadfast Yemen and its wise and faithful leadership have decided to use what they have in defending the truth and fighting falsehood.
Yemen is moving on the path of backing Islam and Muslims with passion, zeal and Islamic valor, he said, Sabanet website reported.
Yemenis attach no importance to the oppositions facing on this path, the cleric added.
Sheikh Qassim also stressed that the people of Bahrain are ashamed of their government’s stance on the issue of Palestine.
This stance runs counter to what Bahraini people believe in terms of Islamic and national values, he stated.

The Yemeni Armed Forces and he Ansarullah fighters have been attacking commercial ships transiting the Red Sea in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza, and have said they will continue until Israel withdraws from the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli regime launched its hostilities in Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian Hamas resistance carried out an unprecedented operation against the usurping entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.
So far, the Tel Aviv regime has killed nearly 24,000 people, mostly women and children, in Gaza.
