Seminar in Nasiriyah to Feature “Society’s Relation with Quran”

A seminar featuring “Society’s Relation with Quran” is planned to be held in the Iraqi city of Nasiriyah in April.

Raad Adnan Shzir Al-Nassiri, director of the city’s Dar-ol-Quran center, told IQNA that the event will be supervised by the center.
He added that the Quranic sciences department of Dhi Qar University’s faculty of literature will cooperate in organizing the seminar.
According to Al-Nassiri, the scholarly event will discuss the way society interacts with the Quran and its interpretation, recitation and concepts.
He said it will also investigate ways for enhancing people’s relation with the Quran.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Al-Nassiri to other activities of the center and said it held a Quranic session  earlier this week at Al-Mustafa Mosque in Baghdad’s Sadr City.
