TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Ma’arif Islamic-Cultural Institute of Lebanon has organized a web-based competition about the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

It has been organized on the occasion of the lunar Hijri month of Rabi al-Awwal, in which falls the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Titled “An-Nabi Muhammad Wal-Quran” (Prophet Muhammad and Quran), it features 50 questions about the life of the last messenger of God (PBUH).

Those who manage to answer at least 45 of the questions correctly will enter the draw for choosing the winners.

Those who win the competition will be awarded

The deadline for participation in the contest is the 20th of October, according to the organizers.

The 17th day of Rabi al-Awwal, which fell on October 13 this year, is believed by Shia Muslims to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Sunni Muslims, meanwhile, regard the 12th day of the month (Sunday, October 9) as the birthday of the last prophet.

The Ma’arif Islamic-Cultural Institute, which has branches all over Lebanon is active in Quranic and Islamic fields and aims to promote Islamic values in society.
