The Jenin Battalion of Al-Quds Brigades said three of its resistance fighters were martyred in the drone attack.

Suhain Adnan al-Qul (27), Adhraf Murad Saeedi (17) and Muhamad Bashar Uwais (28) achieved martyrdom in the attack.

The Al-Quds Brigades warned that the Zionist enemy must brace for the consequences of this foolish acts, stressing that such assassination will never undermine the resolve of the Palestinian resistance and people.

According to some sources, the resistance fighters had engaged in clashes with the Israeli occupation forces prior to the attack.

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem denounced the strike as a grave escalation, emphasizing that the assassination of the Palestinian youths will not go unpunished.

Ismail Radwan, a senior Hamas leader, characterized the use of drones in operations against Palestinians in Jenin as a dangerous development and called for intensified resistance against the occupying regime in the area.

So far this week, more than a dozen Palestinians have been killed in violence staged either by the military or armed Israeli settlers.

The fatalities include a Palestinian male, who was killed earlier on Wednesday when hundreds of the settlers went on a rampage across Turmus Ayya.

Local residents put the number of the aggressors at between 200 and 300, who began setting Palestinian residential structures and other buildings on fire and staging brutal violence against the villagers.
